What am I allowed to use the music for?
Catalog tracks and Starter or Single commissions include a personal use license. Signature commissions include commercial licensing, while Bespoke commissions add exclusive rights; read the full scope on our licensing page. Need commercial rights on a specific catalog track? You can add a commercial license upgrade (+$25) on any track page — no need to commission a custom song.
How is this music made?
Every track begins with a human-written brief, then AI tools help shape the composition and arrangement. I review and hand-finish each release before it enters the catalog.
Can I get a refund?
Digital music sales are generally final once files are delivered, but refund requests are reviewed case by case. If a file is missing, damaged, or not what you ordered, email staff@monotonesongz.org so I can make it right.
How fast is delivery?
Catalog purchases are delivered by email immediately after successful checkout. Commission timing depends on the package and brief, and your delivery window is confirmed before work begins.
